St. Petersburg, Florida native JayVeion Jacquez also know as JayVee seemingly came into the world a star, his talent was noticed even before he could talk. JayVeion had a exceptional response to music as an adolescent as he would bang on whatever would make a sound and discovered his love for the drums. At 5 years old he became a self taught drummer at his home church, and even though he enjoyed being a drummer he yearned for more. He would put on shows with his sisters and often times they would fight over the lead but when JayVeion would sing his voice demanded your attention. On songs from artist that most people would normally stay away from JayVee looked for the songs with the biggest voices. At the tender age of 9 JayVeion recorded his first song that became a hit on itunes entitled "Walk You Home" produced by Antwon Terrell and written by singer/songwriter Leeryck. The producer and the singer then collaborated on several projects for JayVeion to formulate an album. However, as to be expected pruberty set in and the voice that had captivated us all seemed to be lost. A few short years later a now 17 year old, more developed and mature sounding young man emerged. JayVeion is now a social sensation whom have used covers to find his voice, and modeling to expand his exposure. Now having found his own sound, JayVeion released his breathtaking EP, Young Love, on January 4, 2019.
